Providence High School senior cross country athlete
Elliott Schultz has been named the winner of the
Shoeless Enterprises Leadership Award. The son of
Norman and Betsy Schultz also participates in
swimming and track for the Panthers. His top cross
country time came in last year’s state championship
when he recorded a 16:35. Elliott feels confident he
can break that time early this season. He hopes to go
below 16 minutes and to make the All-State team this
year.

In addition to his athletics, Elliott is deeply involved
in photography and video production. So much so
that it led him to create his own business, Elliott
Schultz Media.

“I’m heavily involved on the Production Team at
Elevation Church at our Blakeney location. At age 16 I became a leader of our
video team in Blakeney Production. On Sundays I direct my fellow volunteers
to create a powerful worship experience at church.”

As the season begins, Elliott is also currently applying to the Naval Academy,
Clemson, and NC State for college. He would love to continue his athletic career
or join a NROTC program and serve his country following college.

In addition to being an outstanding student and leader, Elliott serves as the
Student Body Vice-President, as well as Founder and President of the Providence
Videography Club. He has also earned the National Presidential Service
Award two years in a row at the Gold Level for service hours over the course of
one year.

Congratulations to Elliott Schultz for being named the winner of the Shoeless
Enterprises Leadership Award.
